Return Policy


We will offer refunds to customers who receive goods that are in an unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds after this period. To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed the care instructions on the back of the message card. Your flowers must be in the same condition that you received them and with original packaging. We also require a photo of the damaged goods showing why you are requesting a refund. We require you  to supply proof of purchase receipt. Once your refund request has been received, you will be notified that we have received your request for a refund and then we will notify you as to whether a refund is approved. If successful, payment will be credited back onto the credit card that was used for the transaction. Payment can take several working days before appearing on your statement.

If you do not want a refund, we will re-deliver the exact item that you purchased.
